Due to issues of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to request orders be paid for by PayPal in lieu of credit card. Even if payment by credit card has been approved, we reserve the right to cancel (void) said order, refund any credit payment and request payment by other means.
Please note that items marked ‘available on backorder’ means it is currently out of stock and not available for immediate shipment and, due to continuing supply chain issues, it is impossible to predict when it will be available. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait as refunds of credit card or PayPal purchases will be subject to a processing fee.

Canadian postal workers have elected to go on strike, effective November 15th. During this disruption we will be using alternate methods for shipping in Canada but will still be using Canada Post rates at checkout. Just opt for 'Regular' shipping to get your rate for domestic shipping - note that rates have been slightly adjusted to reflect the increased costs. If you currently have a PO box as your shipping address, we will need a street address for courier deliveries. Unfortunately, international orders will be delayed until the postal strike is resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
