• Due to issues of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to request orders be paid for by PayPal in lieu of credit card. Even if payment by credit card has been approved, we reserve the right to cancel (void) said order, refund any credit payment and request payment by other means.
• Please note that items marked ‘available on backorder’ means it is currently out of stock and not available for immediate shipment and, due to continuing supply chain issues, it is impossible to predict when it will be available. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait as refunds of credit card or PayPal purchases will be subject to a processing fee.
• With a potential Canada Post labour disruption again looming we will now be using couriers for shipping online orders. At checkout select ‘Regular Parcel’ and your order will be shipped (where possible) by courier – rates have been minimally adjusted to reflect the added costs. Please note that not all destinations in Canada are served by couriers and international orders will not be shipped until the labour issue is resolved.
