The Midnight Drive is a transparent overdrive. It is not going to change your tone (unless you want to), it is just going to make it dirtier. Also, is a dual pedal for harp. It has an Overdrive and a Booster. The goal of the Midnight Drive is to give you the break-up of a small tube amp out of a clean amp, at any volume. The sound of the Midnight Drive is based on a special type of
transistors called FET. I selected those because they sound and react a lot like tubes! The pedals work on a regular 9v power supply, but internally the voltage is raised up to 18v to give you the maximum headroom and dynamic range.

Play soft or go full blast — it reacts to your playing like a good tube amp.
Need transparency? Just set the tone control at noon and it’s like it’s not even there! No tone coloration, just pure grit when you want it.
But here’s the magic: the tone knob lets you shape your sound like no other. Boost the lows and cut the highs… or do the opposite. All with a single control.
Oh, and did I mention? It also has a boost!
That’s two incredibly useful pedals in one compact enclosure.
